Return & Refund Policy

At HEBBI STORE, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, especially for customized or personalized products.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The product is significantly different from what you ordered.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products made according to customer specifications

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Email us at thehebbistore@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the product

    • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • A replacement product

  • A store credit

  • A full refund


4. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Ship the product using the instructions provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product received

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damaged product during transit

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), HEBBI STORE will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If a return is accepted for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production or shipment begins.

Since many of our products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
